Intern
Eligibility
CFA L1 + Minimum 6 months of prior experience in a IB, Equity Research, Consulting or Investing role at relevant firms.
Roles & Responsibilities
- •Studying Indian public companies: Preparing and analysing historical financial statements, reading company filings, and studying local and global peers.
- •Monitoring company performance: Assisting in tracking key monitorable across quarterly results of portfolio companies and tracking universe.
- •In parallel, you will be expected to monitor ongoing developments in the market including news and industry developments and share learnings with the team.
- •Conducting market and industry research and write reports for the team.
- •Assist the team in turning our research into content and new content development.
Must haves
- •Deep understanding of financial statements and concepts.
- •Strong proficiency with MS Office including all 3, Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
- •Strong written and communication skills
Compensation Structure
- •First 0-6 months (Internship): INR 30,000 per month
- •Next 7-12 months (Management Training Program): ₹40,000 per month
- •Next 12-18 months (Junior Fellowship Program): ₹55,000 per month
- •Final 18-24 months (Senior Fellowship Program): ₹65,000 per month
This is an in-person role and the candidate is expected to move to Jaipur to help accelerate the learning curve, exceptions would be made on a case by case basis.
